Privacy Policy

Your privacy is the whole point of RegenticFlow. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have. We designed the product so your documents stay yours.

What we collect

• Account details — your name, email, and (for password sign-in) a securely hashed password. Google sign-in shares only your basic profile.
• Your content — the documents, notes, images and messages you add. These are stored to power search, reminders and the assistant.
• Usage data — minimal operational logs needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

We use your content only to provide the product to you: reading and organizing documents, answering your questions, and sending the reminders you set. We do not sell your data, and we do notuse your documents to train shared AI models.

AI processing

To extract text, summarize documents and answer questions, content is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) for processing on your behalf. It is processed to generate your result and is not used to train their public models.

Storage & security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, scoped to your account, and access-controlled. Files are stored in access-restricted object storage; text and embeddings live in an access-controlled database.

Your rights

• Export your data at any time.
• Delete individual documents, or your entire account, permanently.
• Request access to the personal data we hold.
