Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RegenticFlow. Creating an account means agreeing to them.

Your account

Keep your credentials to yourself; what happens under your login is your responsibility. You need to be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.

What you may not do with it

• Upload content you do not have the right to store.
• Use the service to break the law or to infringe someone else's rights.
• Point a published assistant at content designed to deceive the people talking to it.
• Disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to work around the limits on the service.

Your content stays yours

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us the narrow permission needed to store it, index it, and send the relevant parts to our AI provider so the product can answer from it — described in full in the Privacy Policy. That is the whole grant. It ends when you delete the content.

Plans and billing

There is no ongoing free tier. Every account is either inside a one-time 7-day trial with full Pro access, or on a paid plan. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel, and every plan is metered — the limits that apply to yours are listed on the pricing page and enforced on each request.

Cancel from Settings at any time; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. See refunds for what happens to money already taken.

What we do not promise about the answers

The assistant is a language model reading your documents. It can be incomplete or wrong, and it can be wrong in a way that reads confident. Every answer carries the source it was built from precisely so that the claim can be checked — check anything that carries legal, medical or financial weight before relying on it, and before letting a customer rely on it.

You decide what your published assistant is allowed to say, including an explicit list of things it must never promise. What it tells your customers remains your responsibility, not ours.

Ending it

Delete your account whenever you want; it cascades, and the export button works right up until you do. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. On termination your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
